how can we use test complete or software planner to read/ study graphs
or charts on the webpage?

Software Planner has a lot of dashboards and reports to help you fully
understand how your QA process is progressing. We have a pretty good
whitepaper that explains the types of dashboards and reports that
Software Planner provides, you can see that whitepaper here:

Since Software Planner integrates with TestComplete, it also shows all
of your automated test runs, you can learn more about that at
