What are the parameters to evaluate process model for performance analysis? parameters to evaluate software development process models...

How it would be done theoretically? and practically?

I would like to know parameters and process

with graph transformation notations I would like to introduce process for software performance analysis but i need to know  its evaluation...

Request if some one can help me... Since I am from academics I do not have much exposure on practical development...
