Performance Testing/Engineering for Genesys CTI/IVR

Hey guys,

Has anybody done performance testing/engineering on CTI Genesys and IVR? What are the parameters to consider for reporting? Is there any way to do perf testing for IVR? we are using Hammer but tool is having limitation.
