Title: Performance Tester(Load Runner)
Location: Cambridge, MA
Duration: 6+months

Job Description:
5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing using load runner
Experience in performance monitoring tools (like Wiley, Dynatrace, HP Diagnostics, App/web/database monitors) , server capacity planning is strongly desired (basic understanding of similar tools is preferred if the resource hasn’t worked on the mentioned tools)
2+ years of experience managing team size ranging from 5-8 resources in an Onshore-Offsite model
Experience in middleware and mobile testing desired but not mandatory
Customer Expectation:
Customer is expecting the performance lead to be able to coordinate performance testing activity (Work closely with the project teams towards defining (in some cases)/understanding performance test requirements, Plan, Design and Execute performance test scripts, coordinate with the offshore team).
On a need to basis , the resource may have to perform test design and execution from Onshore.
The resource should be able to interpret the test results and work closely with the dba and server admin teams towards resolving the bottlenecks. Basic understanding of load balancers, server configurations and capacity planning will help towards driving this discussion.
