Correction?

Good morning,

At the top of page 17 there is a sentence which says: “These additional costs quickly compensate for any initial gains from strategic programming.

It seems that the word “strategic” should be replaced with “tactical”.

If this is not the right email address to suggest corrections, where should I send them in the future?
