This version adds the ability to transmit and receive in both FANET and PilotAware protocols "at the same time" (actually in different seconds).  Combined with the flr_adsl setting, it can transmit and receive in 4 protocols "at the same time"!

Also revised the relay scheme, corrected and enhanced the processing and callsigns as transmitted by various protocols, added some Bluetooth and Paragliding options in the settings, and more.
