This version includes minor changes:

* Added logflight=4 option to log all traffic (not just close).
* Modified alarm algorithms "PG Hill" and "No PG Alarms".
* Restored "charge mode" OLED message on T-Beam.

Note that flight logs created by SoftRF now also include comment lines that report the "periodic" (and broadcast) messages from FLARMs (and SoftRF in Latest protocol).  I.e., examining the flight log you may be able to see the name, contest ID, registration and make-and-model of FLARM traffic seen (from any distance).  Look for lines like this:

    LSRFM,2,DD1234,ACALL,XX
I have not had the opportunity to test this in flight yet.  Let me know if it works.

Found an error in the handling of the log-all-traffic option, so fixed and recompiled.  Download again if you already have.  Still called "205".
