just updated to MB180 and set in config.txt

EU TX P:TFa A:LAT

does it mean that the device is in dual protocol mode: FLARM V7 / FANET  ?

Yes.  Sorry for the typo, it was supposed to show "T+F".  As in laTest + Fanet.  That whole line (in the T-Echo's config display page) should be:
   EU TX P:T+F A:LAT
meaning EU band (868), full power transmit, protocol as above, alarm algorithm "latest".
