SkyView on T5S - new version of WAGA software

I have developed version WAGA02 fork of the SkyView display (only tested on T5S) and am about to upload it to my Github - when I remember how to do it!

I have no idea if anyone else is using the WAGA version, so please let me know if you are.

WAGA01 Skyview code was developed to work with the WAGA Flarm (genuine Atom Flarm chip with ADSB-In).  It supports ADS-B display and Mode C/S traffic display.  IT has traffic warning indication at the 3 flarm levels with voice option.  It has landscape or portrait screen orientation.

WAGA02 enhancements over WAGA01 are:

• CompID shown beside each traffic icon.
• Rearrangement of text boxes to show 'nearest' traffic data.
• Nav_screen (designed for tugs doing aero retrieves or emergency navigation back to base) includes an RMI needle pointing to selected (hard coded) home airfield waypoint.  Aids flying out on a given radial.
• Revised collision warning mode.  When warnings active, radar screen traffic is now blanked to avoid pilot distraction.  Pilot sees lookout relative bearing indicator and an indicator of conflicting traffic relative height (by angle).
