SoftRF running on Stratux

SoftRF with Moshes firmware already can feed Stratux via USB but I thought it would be fun to just run it directly on the pi and use a SPI connected SX1262. 

I'm not skilled at this in any way so I just kind of harassed Claude until it worked. Learned some interesting things about SoftRF in the process.

Nice!  There are bits of RPi support sprinkled in the code, remnants from Linar's old version, but I never tried to compile for the RPi.
