Error when launching application

I'm getting an error whenever I try to launch the application.

"The program can't start because api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

After I click OK, i get another error:

"Error loading Python DLL 'C:\Program Files (x86)\sofastats\python39.dll'"

I've double checked that the relevant dll is in that folder, and it is.

I uninstalled, re-installed (making sure to do so by right click > run as admin) and I still get the same issue.

Not sure what to do? Help appreciated.

Version 1.5.3 worked without issues. I'm only having an issue with the latest version.

Sorry to hear about the problem - can you give more details about the version of Windows you are running? And the version of SOFA too thanks.

Ah - you've already answered my question (SOFA version is 1.5.4). What version of Windows? Windows 10?

Does anyone else have the same problem?
