When I try to use the Report Table feature, I get a pop-up that says,

"Unable to open report table dialog.

Caused by error: Size(): arguments did not match any overloaded call:
overload 1: too many arguments
overload 2: argument 2 has unexpected type ‘float’
overload 3: argument 1 has unexpected type ‘int’"

How do I fix this?

Hi Gorjan,

I have a fix for that - I think I'll put out a bug fix release very soon. The problem occurs because some code that SOFA uses to handle the GUI has changed and so SOFA also has to change. Sorry for the trouble.

If you have any confidence with code I can tell you the fix and you can apply it yourself right away. Otherwise, I'll put out some linux releases (with variants to handle the unfortunate naming choice of an important library used).

All the best,
Grant

I don't code, so I'll wait for your update. Appreciate your effort and bug fix.

Best regards,
Gorjan

Hi Gorjan,

I've just put out a new Ubuntu / Linux release (https://www.sofastatistics.com/downloads.php).

Please let me know if it has any problems.

All the best,
Grant

I scanned it with VirusTotal and unfortunately it is positive for a backdoor variant. Sending a screenshot of the results.

Hi Gorjan,

Based on past experience (years ago) that will almost certainly be a false positive - I'll look into this later.

All the best,
Grant

Hi Gorjan,

I got the same result as you with the deb uploaded from my development machine where it was actually created from source code. 1/63 security vendors reported a problem so it looks very much like a false positive. Knowing how threat detection works it is not surprising that there will occasionally be false positives. I wouldn't be concerned about the safety of the deb file. Remember - I have been supplying debs for SOFA Statistics since 2009. It is reasonable to assume this deb is safe and virus free.  I guess we can never be 100% sure of anything, even if all the tests are negative. But we should be confident this deb is fine.

All the best,
Grant
