Bedell at Hyde Block Party!

Just wanted to spread the word about the block party in our neighborhood this coming Sunday.  It should prove to be a momentous occasion with food, music, a raffle, a fire truck, and loads more fun stuff.

The whole thing will be kicked off with a parade that you're all welcome to join in.  Everyone's meeting at 12:30 outside Ben and Kendra's place (end of Bedell St.) to decorate bikes and grab various percussion instruments.  It's a short parade, just around the block, but perfect for the little ones.

This sounds great, Paige!! Do you know what time the fire truck
arrives? We will sadly miss the parade as that is right during naptime
but hopefully we'll catch some of the festivities post nap :)

hi rachel,
 
the fire truck arrives at 2:30 and the grill will fire up around 3:30/4:00, which is about when the music will start as well.

 

sorry about today's play date.  i've been feeling icky the past couple of days.

Oh Bethany,
I do hope you don't have what Clem and I had.  A pretty nasty virus with a fever and sore throat.  The good news is it came and went in three days for us both.
