Twin air mattress or toddler travel bed?

We're having unexpected over night guests tonight. Does anyone have a bed that could accommodate a tall 4 year old? A travel toddler bed or a twin air mattress? Thanks!

We have a mattress from a futon, it opens into a full size mat, or you can keep it folded in 1/2 for a narrower bed. If the air mattress doesn't work out, let me know.
