network of exchanges of experience at a level of
director, governance, organisations' stewardship positions.
This concept was proposed, formed and is currently being
developed within the Web3 project A.Life -

eXchange Network. Factualy, DXN can be the international
network for exchange on requests and proposals for the
following opportunities (positions): (1) independent,
professional directors on (supervisory) boards of directors in
commercial organizations, start-ups, business projects and decentralized
autonomous organizations (DAOs), (2) mentors of
start-ups, business projects, medium or small businesses,
social businesses, (3) business advisors, advisers to
