Thank you very much for attending the fast meeting today. I really appreciate it.

So here is the summary:

FINAL SPRINT FOCUS (UNEJ, UNSOED, IPB, UNTAN)

1. Define your FOCUS and distribute your HR wisely

Remember, it is only 1.5 months left. So define your focus wisely, "Is it marketing (raising OGCDP)?" or "Matching iGCDP?" etc, etc.

 

Define it based on ACTION based (something you can do fast about it). But first thing first don't forget to motivate them and put sense of urgency on your members. In LC meeting perhaps? If you already define the focus, share to them the result of your analysis. Then talk with your TM to allocate the people based on the focus.

2. IGCDP FOCUS

Please refer to the Final Sprint plan (attached). In short, the focus of  IGCDP is matching. So it is about how the members follow up the future-EP on EXPA or on Podio. Make sure the EP applied is followed up by 2x24 hours, if you have more then put more people here.

I have several contacts from Asia Pacific Conference for IGCDP, since I handle the partnership during APC. So please list projects/TN that you have for summer and send it to me latest tomorrow  (May 4th, 2016) 3PM. I will send you the possible countries I have the contact with after this email sent.

3. OGCDP FOCUS

Global Citizen Express or Leap is the focus for OGCDP. So, based on the country I gave you, focus the EP to those country and for MARARE term, you can use the country to attract more EPs. For details check the booklet attached or confirm to the EST related.

EVALUATION FOCUS for Program Development Model (UNLAM, UNJ, IPMI, Trisakti, UMN)

By August/September you will be reviewed based on the performance either the market testing that you are running right now is suitable or not for specific program. So what you need to do is List down what kind of support that you need. It could be from me other MC or EST, just list down the demand to support your performance. By the latest tomorrow (May 4th, 2016) 3PM. It could be education, support, physical meeting, training, etc. I will sort out which one is possible.

 

So while you are doing that, see thoroughly to your member and see what do they need. Remember, I don;t work on weekend and public holidays.

The result of your performance will define which program that you will run forever. As for UNLAM you will decide to take normal stage or PDM, and for UKSW this summer will be your learning start to run normal stage of AIESEC.
