Dear MCPs, 

Hope you're all super excited for the launch of the YouthSpeak results next month! We sure are at the ADB office. For those of you who don't know me, my name is Zahin, former MCVP BD in Vietnam and currently working as the partnerships manager for the Youth for Global Goals initiative at ADB alongside Mei. 

Following up Jess's webinar - to maximize our output from the event, the Y4GG team has prepared a few materials for you. Some of the actions steps are time sensitive so we do appreciate your efforts! (PS. Jess is unable to access her Gmail being in Shanghai. If you have any urgent emails please direct to Mei and myself!)

• The Event's Concept Note - to be shared with ADB Resident Mission responsible / partners you may want to invite 
• AIESEC Communications Guide - an overview of the event, objectives and preparation steps 
• Brief ADB-AIESEC Partnership - background info 
• Blog by Chris - deeper understanding of Y4GG from ADB perspective 

Please be aware: 

1. When contacting ADB Resident Missions, they may need to be briefed about the AIESEC-ADB partnership and Y4GG initiative. Chris has sent out brief to them but they have not have read it / fully understood it. 

2. We need to know which Resident Missions have been reached. Please go HERE and highlight your country if you have have already contacted the ADB office. 

3. If you have not contacted ADB Resident Missions, please do so by APRIL 8 (tomorrow).

4. Invites should be recorded in the tracker mentioned in the Communication Guide. Please find HERE if link not working. 

5. The "Post-Event Consolidation" Guide is in progress. You can expect it within the end of next week.
