  • Be more proactive to find TNs for supporting the LC TN supply

  • IR Tracking for the faster result announcement and received feedbacks for the rejected one.

  • IR Education for LC levels

  • Create LC to LC partnerships

  • Few entities move into RAMARE flows

  • All In Progress EP are asked to have account in EXPA, with purpose to search the TN by their own and apply through email. Some entities, like UI and Binus decided to move into RAMARE process.

  • Create a better IR management and be more aggressive to track IR partners.

  • Try to be strict with iGIP TNs in MoC and ask the corporations with the company if the company wants to get interns from Indonesia.

  • Quality direction will be given each month by ECB team
