70 Days Left!
49 -WORKING- Days Left!
OMG people Lets start our #100HappyDays campaignnnnn :D

1. DONT LET IT BEATS YOU
Inline image 2

The beauty of your motivation to become an MCVP a year ago should always be the first thing that you see when you turn on your laptop!

Put is as a screen saver if you must... but right now, while you read this, there is only 2 ways to go: Either you charge your physical and emotional batteries to show to the world the kind of MCVP you can be after these 3 Q of XP and prove yourself what you're made of!!!   ...or you can just give up and go with the flow for the next 2,5 months.
...AND for the hope of the world and for the development that I wish for you, I hope you go for the first one :)

I'm always here in case you need a bit of customized inspiration :)

2. THE POWER OF GIVING FOOL
Inline image 3
Dude, this is my biggest realization of all.

Expectations are very hard to manage, both the expectations that we have towards others (our team, my LCVPs, my family, my dog, my partner, etc) but moreover, (if we are really honest) the expectations that we had towards ourselves.
And now more than ever, it's time to realize that expectations are about receiving, when all this time human wisdom has tought us that the key to true happiness it's about giving without expecting anything in return.
That's why my invitation for you in this last 2.5 months is to GIVE as much as you can, but not to the organization, but the people that makes the organization.
Give a cup of coffee, give a hug, give a conversation in a moment of need, give a feedback when necessary, give a compliment because #whynot and make sure you leave your MCVP Experience with no regrets, because although for sure, you already know that it won't be perfect at the end, with time, you will find beauty in its imperfections DONT LET CHEAP JUDGEMENT TO OTHERS AND YOURSELF BECOMES THE HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR EXPERIENCE :)

3. ENJOY EVERY LITTLE THINGS IN LIFE
Inline image 4

Well, I know that this newsletter is long enough but this one probably the most important message of all, usually because it's the one that we use to take "for granted" the most.
Why? because for example, we tend to enjoy ONLY the good moments in life or only the successes at work, because it is much more easier ...but if there is something that I've learned this year as MCP, it's to learn to enjoy at its fullest all the difficult and the uncomfortable moments that this year has brought to me.
...and all of this, ensure that you don't do it alone!
Remember that you're living this experience with another 1000s people, that there have been many MCVPs before you and that there will be many MCVPs ahead of you, so make sure you build your support system inside your team, your family, friends and most important, find your support system in yourself as well :)

I hope you enjoy the beginning of the end of this journey gracefully, fearless and with a strong purpose that will light up your actions until the end of your term!

Tons of hugs
