to Soda Creek Condos HOA

Soda Creek Condominiums will be hiring out landscaping work to be done
on the berms in front of the complex soon. We are deciding between
redoing what we have now (weed mat with wood chips) or converting it
so it is all natural grasses and wildflowers. Please let us know your
opinion and if you have any ideas, questions, and/ or comments by
Friday September 24th. All replies to this will be posted on the HOA
discussion board. Thanks!

I think some wildflowers would look nice. I think it would brighten up the place.

It seems like we've redone the berms a few times this way. The continue to
look the same way each year. It's probably time to try something else.
Wildflowers are easy and take little water. They look great and they fit
with surroundings of our community.

Let's try wildflowers.
