Laundry Room Dryer Vent Cleaning

Did you know that dryer vent blockages are the leading cause of
household fires?

Service to clean out the dryer vents in each building’s common laundry
rooms is scheduled for Wednesday (10/6) and Thursday (10/7), beginning
with the north end buildings (395 on). The process will take
approximately 3 hours per building. During the servicing, the laundry
machines will not be available for use. Please note that there will be
a moderate amount of noise during this service.

Also, if you have machines inside your unit, the HOA Board highly
recommends that at some point in the near future, you schedule a vent
cleaning. The contracted company can offer $55 per individual unit if
coordinated during the building service next week. Otherwise, they can
offer this service at $80/unit.
