SOD 2013 Vital Information

As we look to the completion of the SOD 2013 training, there are some vital points that we need to take note of. Kindly see below:

1) The SOD Vigil will be holding on Friday 22 Nov 2013 from 10pm to 2am. All SOD members are expected to be there.

2) The Year 10 Examination and Outstanding Examinations will be held over 3 different time slots to ensure we all finish before 21 Nov 2013. The date and timings are as follows:

- Friday      15 Nov  5-6pm,                   Venue: Teenage Hall

- Saturday  16 Nov  10am to 12noon    Venue: Children's Department 

- Tuesday   19 Nov  4pm to 6.30 pm     Venue: Children's Department

Kindly indicate which date you will be coming and which exams you will be writing. Do note that after Tuesday, there will be no other opportunities to write any exams.

3) Friday 15 Nov 6pm  is the last day for anyone who has outstanding Manual Labour, 

4) Tuesday 12 Nov is the last day for anyone who has not sent in his/her passport photo

5) Please remember to settle all outstanding fees and pledges as we should not be ending the SOD owing :).
