Hey SOCsub!
So I was recalling that I think it was SOC who had been working on doing profiles of students for the SSC Update, right? Well, I've got a student that I'd liek to see featured in an upcoming issue. Natalie Lucas was a Sprogger last summer in NM and she recently was awarded
the first annual Green Youth Leadership Award at the
North American Association for Environmental Education conference (this award is an award that BBTO established). Anyway, I thought it would be cool to feature her. Is anyone up for interviewing her and doing a write-up?
The time-line for the Nov. issues would mean a draft would have to be done by Nov. 13th. I'm not sure about the time-line for the Dec. edition. Let me know if any of you are interested in this opportunity.
Cheers,
-Jon
