Sprog Follow-up Suggestions from SOC

Hi Jon and Amanda!

Thanks for spearheading this conversation. SOC had a call tonight, and here's what we were thinking in relation to SPROG follow-up and a plan for t4t:

We were thinking it'd be cool to ID "point people" from each sprog at T4T (as Amanda suggested) and have them talk to one another about their plans/goals at lunch or during the day... the goal being to come out with a cohesive/formalized plan, while also respecting that some of these people probably have a plan or ideas already! 

We should have SOC people at this session to make sure our priorities are touched on and that there's a good plan in place. SOC should have a list of these priorities and suggestions coming into this session... Amanda would you like to draft these?

Also Jon, we liked the form- and the T4T session should touch on these things, esp. the check boxes for involvement.

Also, Jon, is there a way to get a list of the SPROG trainers? (both to see what the overlap is between trainers and mentorship program participants, and also if we want to do some initial outreach before T4T to ID point people...) if you think that would be helpful. If you could a list to SOC, that would be sweet!

Hey SOC,

Caroline, I just shared you on the google doc that has a list of trainers (feel free to share other SOC members). 

I think a lunch meeting of these people makes sense, probably on the Sunday, to allow teams some time to ID point people.
