Yoooo dawwggz,

Listen Up! SOC (SSC's Support, Outreach, and Community subcommittee) here. It's 4 short days until Shindig, ie our goal deadline for a majority of Sprog follow-up calls to be completed!

So this will be our last time to bug you, but also for those of you who won't be joining up this weekend (sniffle), this is an opportunity to CONGRATULATE YOU ON THE WORK YOU'VE DONE THUS FAR! This has been a standout year for follow-up and we thank you for improving the tradition!

 

Hanna (VA), Daniel (WA), Cristina (TX), Jenine (IL), Lauren (OR), Maura (NH), Ian (NM), Megan (CA), and Jahdiel and Ashley (PR)... Take a bow! Fellow trainers, make sure you give these folks a pat on the back for the awesome job they're doing. From the T4T Roundtable, to staying in steady contact with SOC, to getting follow-up on call agendas, and Peer-2-Peer flyers in sprog folders, to reminding you to make your calls and helping the group make goals and deadlines-- they're rocking our socs off (sorry, bad pun).

 

IL, NM, WA, VA have shared their follow-up googledocs and are making awesome progress with calls: helping sproggers envision their campaigns for the fall, connecting them to projects and organizers, encouraging their continued involvement.

Some highlights:

Sprogger: "WANTS TO TRAIN AT SPROG NEXT YEAR! WANTS TO GO TO SHINDIG"

Sprogger: "putting learnings from Sprog into use the day I got back and it's completely changed the way I interact with people!"

Sprogger: "wrote an article on Sprog and its getting published through several international agencies, institutes, and competitions."

 

We want to hear/see more inspiring stories from your sproggers, so if you haven't already:

*make those calls and track your progress in googledoc!
*send the Peer to Peer program flyer to sproggers! (attached)
