#1 SPROG Follow-up (Kudos to Amanda)

We were thinking it'd be cool to ID "point people" from each sprog at T4T and have them talk to one another about their plans/goals and making a cohesive/formalized plan- rather than dictating, since some of these people probably have a plan or ideas already!

We should have SOC people at this meeting/conversation to make sure our priorities are touched on and that there's a good plan in place.

We liked Jon's form with things that might be part of follow-up plan: check boxes for involvement

Caroline email Amanda and Jon (cc SOC) about doing an hour- during day or at mealtime, having a SOC person there to get big picture... and if they have any ideas on what this would look like specifically

#2 Mentorship Program:

T4T is May 23rd 

Angela and Caroline: Match-up Working Group - pair up by 5th (next call), come up with sentences explaining reasoning for match-ups

How many mentorship people are trainers? Caroline will ask Jon

Send email (someone draft) to groups- Laura or Aaron draft by the 5th 

Follow up with those people before T4T- email 2 weeks after (by weekend of 16th, before call on 19th)

#3 Phone Calls to Buddies: by tuesday, if possible!
