Leadership thingy's

hey all!
So, this past year we had two leadership positions within SOC: the Chair and the Delegate.

The chair is responsible for:
     -convening/making sure calls happen
     -getting agenda items and sending out agenda/call reminders
     -bottomline people staying involved in SOC and checking in with people (although we all do this)
     - help direct vision of SOC and stay informed of other committe
 
The delegate is responsible for:
     - taking what SOC is doing to Cons Comm and synergizing our efforts with other committees (although this could be changing with us becoming our own committee)
     - bringing back what the rest of cons comm is doing to SOC and synergizing there


So, this may help...or it may not :)  especially with all the changes that are happening in  SOC/cons comm.
Also, while these two things are sort of leadership positions, we have always operated on a very non-hierarchical leadership style where we just help each other out....so yeah.
