Reminder SOC call this Thursday Feb 11 during our new call time 8pm EST

Here are the call objectives and a rough agenda. If you're name is in parentheses we hope you can help us with that section :)

*follow-up on next steps/ways to plug into projects

*"buddy system", set workable norms for that

agenda

ID notetaker, facilitator for next call

2) project convos:

p2p- update (erika), review survey results on next SOC call?

woco- update (tippy), review proposal on next call?

sprog follow-up- encourage people to sign up as trainers, set a date for when we want to start sprog follow-up convo?

5) check-in

WHOOHOO CALL NOTES

Peer2Peer

-finished survey and sent it out to buddies

-waiting to get feedback from buddies

-working on figuring out the best way to review surveys and consolidate results

-will look to help from SOC members

Women's Collaborative and Men's

-put together working group with SOC and AO members

-drafting a purpose statement: finished!

-working on how to draft a proposal for program

-will be presented on a SOC and an AO call

-then figure out how to move forward

-there are men involved! whoo!

Sprog Follow-Up

-have an opportunity to get at this process from the beginning

-make sure that sprog follow up is an important role from the beginning, as soon as teams form

-in the future making sure that sproggers know how to get involved with the ssc if they can't attend shindig

-angela will let jon barrows know about our honorable intentions

This week:

-follow up with working group folks

-this is more of a updates/check-in call, will have more concrete things to talk about next time
