Hey Dudes,

Don't forget- SOC Call tomorrow! We will be signing, sealing, and delivering the mentorship announcements to participants! 

Just a recap on last week's call and the steps we agreed upon... 

-Angela and Caroline paired up mentorship people, and wrote some prose (sort of) for the rationale behind pairings... feel free to give feedback/check it out:

-Laura or Aaron will have a draft email by tomorrow's call, which we can send directly after the call!

-The tentative plan, which we can discuss tomorrow, is to follow up with those people before T4T- via email in 2 weeks (by weekend of 16th, before call on 19th)

-Jon likes the idea of having a sort of T4T Trainers Roundtable to get a trainer from each SPROG on board with follow-up and other SOC goals. From Jon:

Caroline, I just shared you on the google doc that has a list of trainers (feel free to share other SOC members).  I think a lunch meeting of these people makes sense, probably on the Sunday, to allow teams some time to ID point people.

email will include who we are, goal of program, reasons for pairings, what we expect to get out of pilot:  look for direct feedback, esp. T4T follow-up. guidelines on how to get started. sent to pairs.

ANGELA had a brilliant idea!:

-she'll look at trainings list and email SPROG trainers who are also in mentorship pgm.

-will make sure there's representation from every sprog... 

-she'll start an initial convo with them on meeting at T4T, repping as "SPROG point people", incorporating ideas for follow-up into our "roundtable"

-will bounce draft off SOC and then send!!!

Decision on T4T Prep

-we want to make mentorship program a significant part of sprog follow-up at "round table"

-find out who would be interested in having that conversation... they can take the lead on it (Angela's email will help here)

-Cristina, Angela, Laura, Aaron, Caroline facilitating conversation probably Sunday at lunch :)

-talk more about format of conversation in 2 weeks
