Hey SOC!
I've been bouncing back and forth with the SSC's very own Zo Tobi about a program called "Coaching for Social Change". Zo has participated in a life coaching program, and is bringing it to leaders in the SSC so young activists can have the opportunity to correspond with their own personal life coach -- someone to act as more of a mentor and guide than the intention of SOC's Peer 2 Peer Program.
Anyhow -- I am currently facilitating the process of finding a SOC member [more than one is great, too!] to work with Zo and his colleague Colleen with the structuring/launching/management of the Coaching for Social Change program.
If you are interested in working on this project, please reply and let me know!
If you think you might be interested, but need more clarification about your potential role, also reply and let me know!
Zo, Colleen and I have set up a space to talk with everyone interested in this project on Tuesday, November 17 at 9 pm EST.
