2. Updates: Wo/MeCo, Winter Gathering, Sprog Follow-up, P2P 15 min

Wo/MeCo flushed out proposal, objectives, mission statement. Large group will approve proposal by late March and final call to ExCom.

Feb 14- SMALL GROUP 2 weeks, draft by mar 1

Mar 1- LARGE GROUP 1 week for group feedback- call?

Mar 8, SMALL GROUP 1 week reconvene on phone

Mar 15  LARGE GROUP 2nd draft internal feedback

Mar 22- SMALL GROUP 1 week finalize, LARGE GROUP call

final by april 1 to ex comm

>determine midway through when to make presentation to/get feedback from AO/SOC

Winter Gathering- future for SSC.  Sandy will send a committee update about  what soc is planing to do.

Sprog Followup-one person from each Sprog be in charge of follow up.

P2P-Erika and Anastasia will work on results this coming week
