Follow-up:

-clarified point people for each sprog [on monster doc]

- have point people share soc on their follow-up docs - LAURA

- jon is e-mailing action plans to soc; p2p interests will be added to monster doc

-on next call we can ffigure out if we need to check in with point people again

 

P2P

- need to figure out process/structure of program [by shindig?]

- edit doc about structure before next call

- pilot: caroline sent out e-mail to participants with little response

- e-mail draft to pilot participants: AMANDA

 

Shindig

- pre-shindig meet-up? YEAH

- goal = p2p working group: have convo during soc or conscom time

- goal = revisit vision statement: where have we been, where are we going

- goal = RECRUIT!!!!!

- SOC can be shindig 'tour guides'; angela needs to e-mail someone on shincom [dominique] about being part of announcements on first night, and about meals

- p2p face time - lunch or dinner dates

- we are crazy and it may be too complicated

- soc hop! -- bring socks, cds, etc.
