Hey everyone,

Happy October! Here are the conference call notes. Our next call is October 15th.
Conference Call Norms
- get on call 2 minutes before start time
- silence does not mean agreement -- say yes or no
   - be online for call if possible so you can look at google docs and follow along with notes
-agenda should capture decisions to be made, and whatever follow-up is needed after call for each action item
- Facilitator sends out agenda for next call approx. 1 week before call, e-mail reminder 1-3 days before the call and also sends text to remind people to get on call.
-Notetaker sends notes and action items right after (max 24 hours) the call. Facilitator check in with folks on action items one week after call.
-Everyone with an action item respond to facilitator.
-Pick notetaker and timekeeper at the beginning of the call.
-If background is noise-mute your line
-In the middle of call, do a check in to see if we are behind etc...
