Hey all,

I feel like this doc needs to happen...as we begin conversations on how to structure Peer-2-Peer next year.
This can serve as a place for us to voice opinions about how things should run, and then edit that into a structure all of us can consent to.
The final version can be used towards the end of summer to reach out to sproggers [via e-mails/phone banks] who expressed interest in the program. Then, we can have ssc-ers paired up early in the semester and start exchanging!
