This is where I (Amanda) Laura and Ethan can work on the Proposal for
the Field Staff. This is also where all the research Caroline did
went, just so we have one place where people can comment.

Hey guys, I took a stab at a proposal! This is just a jumping off
point, so definitely write in your feedback, etc.

Looks great!
Just wondering (and maybe this doesn't need to be fleshed out in the
proposal):
Access to cooperation between the local groups, the SSC and the Sierra
Club (how would this happen? what exactly would this entail?)
Access to trainings and resources from the SSC (pdf files or events or
what?)
A peer-to-peer connection to, and personal support in, the growing
national movement.(by linking them into mentorship pgm, support call,
and buddy program? anything else)
and just a nitpicky thing- in the first set of bullets, the first two
use 3rd person (they) and the last one uses 2nd (you).

I think it would be specific to each case, but would it be useful to put an entire list of how we're going to implement these? I think that as we're asked to provide these things for our contacts, the way in which it would work best would present itself.
