... 7pm east, 5pm aaron time, 4pm west coast.

PUT THIS # ON YOUR PHONES:
Conference Dial-in Number: (712) 432-0800
Participant Access Code: 634816

Just FYI, I started in on google doc cleaning though I didn't delete any info-
I just consolidated some sheets on our excel doc and put all the loose/obsolete google doc info on our call notes, so you don't have to hold onto several random docs. If we want to take it farther than that, we can discuss it on the call...

I think we're all sprogless for the time being at least, and should take this opportunity (tomorrow), to catch up!
Yay!

*to refresh, Angela and I circulated the follow-up guides and p2p flyers the week before last, and did some phone banking to point people.
*as of now, I have confirmation that WA, PR, VA, OR, NH, and IL are talking about/implementing these resources, and you may have seen the action plan from WA that Jon sent us.
*so that leaves CA, NM, (Amanda?), and TX (though I did reach Cristina and she's on board).

SO!
Call items to discuss?
7-7:10 intros: how was sprog!!?? share a "crystallized nugget" from the week.
7:10-7:30 follow-up: where are we at, where do we wanna go (game plan for follow-up with point people/sprog teams)
7:30-7:40 p2p: what's next? check-in, shindig time, sprogger recruitment, pilot wrap-up
7:40-7:50 shindig! finding time for buddy face time, soc hope, reunion!
7:50-8 next steps and check-in

ALSO! exciting exciting idea! I think we have a fair amount on our plates right now, but if we want a celebratory post-follow-up summers-end project...
As the VA Sprog cooks, myself and the other Caroline, had lots and lots of sproggers ask for the recipes to our food, which got me thinking- how cool would it be to do a collective sprog cookbook? we could make it available online (Kristin?) or send out the cookbooks when we're all back to school and needing a little cheering/reminding of SSC greatness! What do you think?

I added a sheet on our monster google excel for when we'd like to can start tracking down cook contact info and recipes :)

*****************
here's the message we (Ang and I) used for point people, just so we're all on the same page:

-if your sprog hasn't happened yet please discuss follow-up on next call. if it has, you as point person are responsible for facilitating this process! please email SOC if you're having trouble or need help (reply sender)
SO
-if sprog happened/happening, please if you can, circulate flyer (email) and create plan for follow-up w sprog group (email, arrange a call, establish buy-in, make a google doc, etc... again, let us know if you need help!!)

-our goal is to finish follow-up by shindig, so that we can get awesome sproggers there and celebrate and go into the fall with an even more amazing ssc community ready to rock and supported by their peers :) shindig is aug 9-14!! tell your sproggers!

-we'll be calling you ~2 weeks before shindig to check in on your follow-up work. please contact us in the meantime if you have any trouble/questions/inspiration/etc!

Love,
caroline
