Dear Gardeners,
Thanks to the few who came out and helped get the garden weeded. There is still much to be done and many plots appear to be abandoned. Here's a list of things still to be done and you can do this at anytime, just email me with the accomplished task. Give an hour‼️
1. The western fence needs weeding from row 1 to row 17.
2. The middle section between rows 6 and 7.
3. Rows 6 and 7 towards the bin.
4. The front section between rows 15 and 16.
5 . The front section between rows 16 and 17.

Please get out to the garden and harvest produce, there are beautiful bunches of tomatoes, zucchinis the size of batons and rotting melons etc .  Again watch for the note from John about contributing to the food bank and feeding some of our less fortunate neighbors. If you have time, please help deliver as well.

Lastly, do take all the garbage out of the garden when you weed. It is fine to place a half filled bag at the front. Weeds and rotted fruit attract pests and harbor diseases.

Remove your key from the standpipe and disconnect the hose. It was left on yesterday and one of our fellow gardeners was kind enough to remove the key and close up.
Please ensure that the gate is closed when you leave, I arrived on Saturday morning to an unlocked gate and a bag of trash at the front inside gate.

💚I want to wish Lee Martin,  a longtime gardener bon voyage as he leaves us for southern pastures/ gardens  and we will miss his music at  downtown at sundown / thanks for being a trouper over the years and giving to our town. 🎉Happy 71st birthday from the garden.🎉
Please raise a vegetable to Lee
