Oh boy, what a week.
A neighbour a couple of doors down passed away, this week, leading to my Mum and the neighbour at number 1 having to once again head around the street, asking for donations to put towards the family.
I'm not sure there'll be a horse and cart involved, this time.
We all stood outside on our doorsteps for the funeral a few weeks ago, but one neighbour vanished indoors as soon as the horse and cart appeared on the street. It later turned out that her mother had been taken in the same cart.
Goodness knows what might happen this time.
The street mourns, once again.
