revising serving on demand and worker

I'm looking at serving code on demand and for workers for 0.4

I currently plan to make it work unchanged from 0.3, but I think it makes more sense to serve these as static files in production.

What do you think about changing the way these are done in production, will it affect your current projects ?

The way it would work is that code in /client/workers would be copied into a workers directory in assets. Code in /client/code would be copied into a code directory in assets along with any other directories referenced in client code definitions.
