ss-examples question about bundling Koa w/ SS.

Hey folks. So I've been working on the ss-examples repo, building out an example w/ Koa and Ractive (see the feature/ractive-example branch), and I'm trying to figure out how to bundle Koa middleware onto the SS http stack.
You can answer here in this thread or here https://github.com/socketstream/ss-examples/issues/1 if you know how.
