Hi,
this might be interesting for some fedora users. I build packages for
socket sentry (32bit and 64) for fedora 12. You either can download
them directly using:
rpm -ivh http://www.floriansievert.de/linux/fedora/12/phobos/x86_64/kde-plasma-socketsentry-0.9.1-1.fc12.x86_64.rpm
rpm -ivh http://www.floriansievert.de/linux/fedora/12/phobos/i686/kde-plasma-socketsentry-0.9.1-1.fc12.i686.rpm
Or checking the current status of the package (i.e. new versions) at:
http://www.floriansievert.de/linux/fedora/12/phobos/repoview/kde-plasma-socketsentry.html

As alternative I offer a repository that can be used as well. Repo
packages can be found at:
http://www.floriansievert.de/linux/fedora/

A little bit of background. I started this repository round about 1
year ago, but drop it completly because I switched to Gentoo. Now, I
am preparing a relaunch for Fedora 13. The repository is not replacing
the official packages (like ATRPMS) and is only adding features. If
the official repository is maintaining a package and it is up to
date... I'll drop support immedently. So this is actually just a
playground for KDE features that are not available or bleeding edge. I
am also active in the german fedora community. However, keep in mind,
thatg this is nearly a one man project. 32 build are not tested, 64
build was running at least once on my systems. Support will be only
provided for one fedora version, as soon as Fedora 13 is out, the
packages for F12 will be still available, but not updated anymore.

I am posting this because at kde-look a fedora user has problems get
the sentry plasmoid running. Maybe my packages helps someone to get
this (really cool!) plasmoid running. Its working quite fine her.

Thanks Phobeus! I'm certain Fedora users will appreciate this.
