What steps will reproduce the problem?
Try to (re)install socketsentry after upgrading KDE to 4.5 on Kubuntu Lucid.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The following packages are BROKEN:
socketsentry
0 packages upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 240kB of archives. After unpacking 774kB will be used.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
socketsentry: Depends: kdebase-workspace-libs4+5 (>= 4:4.3.2) but it is
not installable

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
