Communication flow tooltips are not working in KDE 4.4.2 and possibly KDE
4.4.x. Doesn't look like the ToolTip role is getting queried at all in the
model.

This is a Qt 4.6 regression. See
http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTBUG-5349.
Will need to find a workaround or wait for upstream fix.
