Please let your international students be aware of the following opportunity.

ISS has scheduled travel signature and visa letter sessions around campus for students who are traveling this semester. A third travel signature day session will be held on December 2nd in Rudder Tower, room 301. Students who are planning to travel outside of the U.S. and who currently have an I-20 or DS-2019 re-entry signature endorsement expiring within the next 3 months or less must have their documents signed before their travel begins. Appointments for the December 2nd session will be available starting November 19th.

During the travel signature sessions, international students who have signed up will be able to have their travel signature (and visa letter, if necessary) processed and visa letter signed on-site. Only students who have signed up in advance will be able to use this service (to control crowding and allow for smooth processing of the maximum number of individuals). To sign up, click on Travel Signature Day located on the front page of the ISS website at: http://international.tamu.edu/iss/
