Eligible voters in the Brazos Valley will be asked to decide on numerous issues tomorrow, which include 11 proposed amendments to the Texas Constitution. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Please note that Texas A&M University must allow employees who are eligible to vote in this election sufficient time off to vote if those employees are unable to go to the polls before or after their scheduled work shift. In some cases, time off to vote may be paid without the use of personal leave. Supervisors and managers are encouraged to speak with their staff and identify those eligible employees who may need a slight schedule adjustment to have sufficient time to vote. Additional information regarding voting leave may be found at http://employees.tamu.edu/employees/benefits/leave/OtherLeave.aspx?#voting. Please contact Jim Kuhlmann, Leave Specialist, at 862-4971 or jkuh...@tamu.edu if you have questions concerning voting leave.

Tip of the Week
Single Sign On (SSO) Passwords
HR Liaisons that have update access as an SSO Departmental Administrator can reset passwords for employees. From the “Employee Status” tab, the HR Liaison can confirm if the account is locked and verify the employee’s UIN and email address before selecting “Reset Password” to generate a one-time use password.
HR Liaison Network News is distributed weekly to departmental HR Liaisons. For questions about the HR Liaison Network, contact Laura Dohnalik, Liaison Administrator in Human Resources at ldoh...@tamu.edu or 979.862.3854.
