Deans and Department Heads:

 

Attached is a Call for Nominations for the George Bush Presidential Library Foundation Travel Grant for Texas A&M University’s graduate and undergraduate students. We ask that you share this information with students in your college who are interested, and eligible, in applying for this $500 grant. Attached are the guidelines and application form for this award program.

 

Student’s deadline in turning in the form to their department head is:  February 17, 2012.

Department Head’s deadline in turning in the eligible forms to their Dean is:  March 2, 2012.

Dean’s deadline in turning in 1 graduate and 1 undergraduate nominee application to the appropriate office is:  March 30, 2012.
