How does Miner measure time in microseconds?

The title. It would appear that the Flash VM only provides time in milliseconds.

Are there any other debuggers that offer time in microseconds?

It would appear the following debuggers offer time data in milliseconds:

Intellij Flash Profiler
Scout

If you are talking about the data in the Performance profiler, (time per frame)
It's based on an average, so it can be betwwen X and Y MS, (hence, in micro)
The main advantage is that you don't have to do the math yourself,
