UI won't load with projector

I'm trying to get The Miner to preloaded with a .swf saved on my desktop, but the UI will not load consistently (it worked once out of maybe 50-60 launches)
I followed the tutorial on the main site, and since it did work once, I'm guessing the mm.cfg is good
Any ideas?
