Living Organizations, Hearing the Voice of the Environment: The Role of the Environmental Representative in Resilient Organizations

In this workshop you will experience real-time decision making with full involvement by the Environmental Representative (ER). The ER is
the representative selected to provide the environment a seat at the table, with equal voice in decision-making. This representative has
deep knowledge of the environment and is selected to ensure that the organization considers the consequences, the benefits and
detriments to the environment in every major policy decision.
