School for Leaders is a cutting edge application of dynamic governance (also known as sociocracy) to leadership and team management.

Workshops in dynamic leadership, developed by Gilles Charest, were initially conducted in French and are now available in Belgium, France and Canada. The Center for Sociocratic Governance (CSG) presented School for Leaders to the US public in English, for the first time, in 2009. The workshop was a great success and CSG is again offering the introductory workshop.

This session of School for Leaders is designed to enable you to:

* Analyze the impact of decision-making processes on the behavior of people in organizations
* Use dynamic governance principles in both your personal life and your work place
* Gain power by empowering others
* Gain respect for who you are
* Develop team spirit in your organization
* Make decisions that can be implemented rapidly with support of your teammates
* Support the development of leaders at all levels of your organization
* Stay firm in direction while supporting self determination of working teams
* Create the conditions for authentic community
